I thought I would add to the virtual tour of our new place. You have already seen the fabulous dining room and the kitchen is of no consequence so you needn't be bothered with pictures of it.
From the dining room you go down 4 stairs and enter the living room. Large windows and sliding doors lead out to a slightly tipping balcony. We don't spend much time out there, since I am certain that the balconey will separate from the hosue and we will plunge to our demise..
We finally buckeld down and bought a TV cabinet. We have been spoiled by Aunt Joan's built-in's and were seriously lacking in practical furniture. Not lacking in other random furniture.
This is the wall of fame that leads downstairs to the bedrooms.
Here is the short wall. Above is the dining room/kitchen. We decided to put the piano there so our neighbors won't hate us.
This brings us to a pause in our tour. Please watch your step as you exit. As more rooms get unpacked you may be lucky to see them. If I can keep them clean long enough to take a picture.

Looks great Phoebe - we're looking forward to seeing it in person - but don't know yet just when that will be.
me too - i'd love to get up to portland - so would our kids (oh and bruce too).
