Saturday evening we had DL's birthday dinner (a little early) so that Pamand Denny couyld be there to celebrate. The best part for me was that I didn't have to do anything! We had ribs, which were SO GOOD, dutch oven potatoes, roasted broccoli and salad. Miah even went to the BBQ restaurant and got us all bibs. Very funny.After dinner David opened his gifts. The best ones were from Pam. David's suit from when he was baptized. Please note that it almost fits Henry and Calvin also really enjoyed putting the coat on. Pam also found David's acid washed jean jacket from high school. Luckily it still fits (kind of) and David could use a new jacket... we'll see how much use it gets.

that jean jacket has got to be the most hilarious item of clothing on the planet. glad david can still fit it and put it to some good use. and too bad that it isn't lined with the faux fur. those were always hot!
