Crockpot Wednesday (belated)

This week, Crockpot Wednesday was switched toThursday. Enjoy!

BBQ Beef Sandwiches

3 lbs. Chuck Roast
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine Ingredients for sauce and pour over roast in crockpot.
Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-10 hours.
When it's done, take out the meat and shred it and then add it back to the sauce. Serve on sandwich rolls or hamburger buns.

Tonight I'm serving it with potato salad, fruit and pumpkin bread.

Too bad you can't come over to eat.

I seriously enjoy your Crock Pot recipes. I made the stroganoff just the other night, for the third time! My kids love it! These sandwiches sound good, too. I'll have to give them a try. You should post them on the Recipe Exchange. Thanks for being such a good cook!

This is by far the best crockpot recipe she has. IMO
