Calv-O is turning three today!
Calvin has been looking forward to his big day for a VERY long time. It is quite a milestone for him. A lot has happened during the past year of his life. Calvin has gone from being my baby to being my little boy.
These are a few of the steps he took to get here...
he started sleeping in a big bed
he learned how to ride a trike (this took longer than I anticipated)
he finally gave up his binky
he started talking and actually making sense
he learned how to use the toilet
he became a big brother
he finally got a "real" haircut
he started pre-school

I am the first to comment! Just pointing it out......Happy birthday, Calvin, your day is the same as my mom's, so I will never forget! You are such a sweet boy, and have (don't tell anyone) maybe the second sweetest face I have ever seen on a little boy. Of course, Max is the first, but I am quite biased.
All of your kids are ridiculously cute. And good job writing the birth story! I'm betting consciousness is a preferable way to have a baby. How big was he at 42 weeks?? Kaiser? No, thanks!
