I have a turkey to brine (Why is this so popular all of a sudden? I think it is because of Food Network), a BBQ to figure out (we are also BBQ-ing the bird) and Aunt Julie's Sweet Potatoes to make (that would be David's Aunt Julie, not my Aunt Julie)

Let me just say that the turkey - and all the trimmings - were great!
We had a great Thanksgiving weekend with the Fillmores.
Hope yours didn't turn out as dangerously salty as ours. My cousin nearly killed us with überbrine.
