Henry!
We got Henry's report card today. I don't really care about the grade (they were all exactly where we though they would be) BUT I do love the Teacher's comments...especially when they are this good.
"I love Henry! I love his enthusiasm in math. He likes to raise his hand, he likes to problem solve and isn't worried if his answer is incorrect but he will have a reason for his answer which shows a great level of thoughtfulness and logic. He works hard and rises to a challenge."
"Henry is a wonderful and hilarious student. It is such a joy to have him in class. He is developing so quickly in reading and writing that it's a wonder he's not exhausted at the end of the day. I look forward to great progress with him this year and next."
Thanks for making my day Henry. And thank you , Dear Readers, for allowing me this moment to brag.

I would keep posting this post over and over and over,,thats how much I would brag if I were you :) Henry's one cool kid!! BTW, I love what you are listening to...I am too ! :)
That's fantastic! No wonder it made your day- it would have made mine too.
Henry is my man!! And a lot like his mother, I might add.
(I don't know about his father because I wasn't in on his childhood!)

As a teacher, let me tell you they don't just do that for all the kids. What a good boy!
Thank you all! I still feel good about Henry and first grade, even though he was late AGAIN to school today.
Late to school after those rave reviews?!?! That is the best report card ever! I can assure you that no teacher EVER wrote ANYTHING like that for me.
