So my sister is making her blog private next week. It has given me something to think about. Most of the time, I don't mind that my blog is out there for anyone to read. Every once in a while I am surprised by someone I meet who claims, "I know all about you. I read your blog!". I guess that is one of the things I like about blogging. I feel like I am still a part of the lives of so many of my friends and family just because I get a glimpse of their day-to-day lives on the World Wide Web. However, it has made me curious. Who is reading my blog? So on that note, I am going to do my first Roll Call. Please leave a comment containing the following...
1) Who you are
2) How you got here
3) What is your current favorite CD
I know that there are some out there who read frequently, but do not comment (you know who you are). This is your big chance to break into the blogging scene. I will even allow anonymous comments for this post, so you don't even have to get a Blogger ID. So step on up, let your presence be felt!

Here. I'm friends with Denae. I like to look at Baby Agnes. She's really cute.
My favorite CD is my ipod. My favorite song is currently 1234 by Fiest. I can only count that high.
1) your friend from Davis
2) I think it was the sidebar of Darlybird's blog
3)My "Messiah dreamcast" CD is still edging out my longtime Decemberists obsession, but soon I'll admit Christmas has passed and will get back to them.
1. Friend from Davis
2. Cheryl gave it to me. I enjoy
reading your blog and so do my
kids, especially Brielle.
3.Gwen Stefani- she is great to
listen to while you exercise.
1 - I'm Julie.
2 - I was in the Clayton ward after you moved and saw you linked on all those girls blogs.
I was thinking about going private last night, too...but probably won't until we start working on our next adoption.
1. I am Eliza, one of your many sistren.
2. I got here probably because you e-mailed me a link long ago. It is one of my very favorite blogs.
3. My current favorite CD is a 3-way tie among 2 oldies:
"Life in Slow Motion" - David Gray
"Let It Die" - Feist
and a somewhat newer one
"In Rainbows" - Radiohead
It's Denny

What is a CD?
1) I'm Karen, one of your many cousins, and the oldest female one I think. (correct me if I am wrong.)
2)I'm here because Bonny invited me to read the Terrill Connection.
3)Hairspray and Babysleep
Hi, I'm Chelsa. We've clicked over to your blog from Hopper's Happenings a few times. I'm a sucker for any blog that features cute baby pictures. Current favorite Cd ... maybe Paul Simon's Rythym of the Saints.
Hillary here,, friend from Valley Terrace :)
Reagally Blonde told me you had a blog and I didn't know how to get a hold of you, so I checked you out. I waited to comment for a while because I didn't know if you were upset with me that I didn't contact you when we went through the temple. It was a crazy time - we were in the middle of having to move and it was just crazy and I didn't know how to get a hold of you and I'm really sorry!
I love the Hairspray - the cd. Rebecca knows all the words! ( I listen because she does)
Hillary! I can't beleieve that you would think I was mad at you! Although this is the second time this has happened with a friend when I have moved...Maybe I should learn something from this?
And for those of you that don't know, Denny is my Father-in-Law and he is FUNNY (and very technically savvy as well)
Welcome Chelsea and Juie P! I already knew about you Celia Fae:)
And I am glad that so many of you come here to see pictures of Agnes. We think she is pretty cute, too.
Karen, I think you are the oldest girl. What a great female leader you have been for the Terrill grandkids!
1. My name is Jolene - I'm a serious lurker
2. I don't even know how I found you but I just thought you were great because you love your siblings so much and I do too (my siblings, not yours) and I love baby pix too!
3. Currently loving old Counting Crows.
1) My name is Nicole.
2) I got here from Eliza and Hannah's blogs (I like to think of us as the OG bloggers)
3) My favorite CD's at this moment are: The Sound of Music and Britney Spears' Blackout.
Hello Phoebe.
I am here by request. (and have stayed for 1 1/2 years)
Favorite CD Earth Wind and Fire Greatest hits - but now I am hooked on piano karaoke.
It's me...Jessie (college roomie). I was invited by you! I read all the time and sometimes make comments-I will try to comment more. My favorite CD at the moment would be A-HA Minor Earth, Major Sky.
1. I am Jessica your friend from Davis. (p.s. we just did our tax return - we will definitely be going to Davis for Picnic Day - we need to talk.)

3. My favorite CD (and movie) right now is the Juno swoundtrack.
that would be soundtrack...
Hi.. my name is Raina and I'm a blogger. I feel sick about it sometimes, but this is my chance to come clean.
I got here because of a slow and steady start. I knew I should have never started, but once just wasn't enough.
And... I really like Colbie Callait but since I can never spell her name correctly and she has become so popular, I'm currently looking for another favorite CD. Pheobolicous is coming in as a close second.
1. Tiffany your sis in law - I didn't think I'd ever leave a comment but since I've been called out - here it is.
2. I don't know when or how I got here, I'm assuming you or Dave gave me the link.
3. I'm currently listening to Dixie Chicks - Long Way Home.
1-Mandy
2- Your friend (I hope) and neighbor
3- Frank Sinatra - Songs for Swingin' Young Lovers and Ella Fitzgerald's Ella.
This is your mother. And I don't know how I got here - probably because I can remember your blog address! And believe it or not, I am currently listening to a TAPE - it is that old - but it's the Weavers and Peter Paul and May - my fave song on the TAPE is "Irene, Goodnight Irene."
I am old - probably not the oldest commenter - Denny is probably older - but I'm old enough to remember my mother singing "Irene, goodnight Irene, Irene goodnight, goodnight Irene, goodnight Irene, I'll see you in my dreams!"
Heather here, I come because I'm family. This is how I keep in touch and up to date.
I'm listening to Gwen, Corrinne Bailey Rae, and Lily Allen lately.
Hi my name is Kristen, Im a phoebe-aholic. My current favorite CD is Phoebe gets Funky.
Phoebe
1. Denae your friend from Utah and then CA
2. got here through...I can't even remember now it's been so long! Maybe Janelle?
3. Whatever mix comes up on my ipod
And why is your sis going private? Did something weird happen? I've thought about this a lot and sometimes I feel weird (about being so open to anyone) if I really think about it. I guess I would miss connecting with old friends that find me, if I went private. I do wish I knew everyone who was reading mine though. Let's hope none of us have any weirdo's lurking. This comment in long, sorry!
I'm Ashley - I was in the Davis 1st ward while you were in the 2nd ward. I'm a lurker to your site - probably found it from Sing and Shout or Degenerate Subspace, I can't remember. I just love your style and your kids are adorable. And I don't really listen to much music.
Denae, nothing weird happened to my sister, she just wanted to be able to be more open.
And for the record, I am okay with lurkers, I do it myself. But it's always fun to see who is reading!
Yes, I'm a lurker. But beings that I live with the the author, I think that's OK.
DL
I'm the cause behind a lot of the post
The fav CD, currently Mozart's Requiem
Keli
Cousin
Angie Aparo "The American" and Death Cab for Cutie "Plans".
My name is Vixie and I am a lurker - that came across your website from a mutual friend.
My favorite CD at this time (again) is Enya, Shepherd Moon.
My name is Kacy and I met you at your bridal shower where I gave you a bucket of the best-smelling cleaners I could find. My favorite song right now is Slow Dancing by U2, Mickey Raphael, and Willie Nelson. I love it. Buy it. If your blog is private am I uninvited?
Ok! I am caught! I am obsessed with Agnes' kissy face!! I am Sue and live in Davis and you at one point gave me your blog, but now when I check in on Lolly's I always have to check out your latest as well as Darlybird's. My husband thinks I need to get a life, but I love reading the happenings of these young hip families! My current favorite CD is Mika-life in cartoon motion and he is coming to SFO in two weeks and we are going to see him!(Calvo and Henry are just as cute as Agnes-there's just something about having a daughter!)
I wasn't going to post since I'm not a regular reader but I feel bad if I don't!
I'm Allison, Sabrina's sister-in-law. I was just checking out her links!
My favorite CD of all time is Dave Mathews Band - Crash. I don't have a current fav because now I just buy songs here and there on iTunes.
Cute kids by the way. Oh, and I also lived in your parents ward in Monrovia for a year. That is so random.
Funny that you bring this up - because my mother-in-law was just expressing her concerns last night about the public nature of our blogs.
hello. my name is cheryl and i'm a blue skies smilin regular. i so love that we can keep in touch so easily. and just so you know, sometimes, i await your opinion (comment) on my blog posts because you have great perspective. i like you.
you introduced me to blogging and told me where i could find yours to check it out! it took me a long time to jump on the band wagon but i finally saw the light. so glad i did.
i'm such a jack johnson fan.
Hey Phoebe! It's me Jenni from our first BYU married ward. I too wonder sometimes who is looking at my blog.
You sent me your link about 1 1/2 years ago. I love keeping up with you life and reading what you have to say
I don't really have a favorite CD right now, but I came across "I Believe" by Blessed Union of Souls on my iTunes list and I have played it over and over the past couple of days. Takes me back to the good ole days.
P.S. I started my own 30 days of 30 yesterday. I loved your idea so much and I love my birthday so much that I thought I needed to steal the idea. Thanks for being so creative!!
Phoebe, please don't make your blog private. And I'm really sad that you're sister is going to because I just read hers for the first time the other day and was going to be a regular because she seems fun and insightful. I was even going to link to her posting on beauty for a book review I owe an author.
1.) Brandi (or b, as I now prefer since aforementioned has always seemed like a stripper name too me.)
2.) Via my sister Kelly's blog.
3.)Carola (Blott en dag) an amazing Swedish musician
P.S. Please ask your sister to reconsider. Blogs are a forum for much inspiration. Without going to all the trouble of writing a book, people like her share great insights with the world.
Hey, I love your blog, you were the one who got me on the blog band wagon.
I love my gno cds currently.
dearest phoebe
i am your sister, but sometimes i feel like a lurker because commenting changes blogging to a more active sport.
i am here because i clicked phoebe on the connection
my fave cd is my flashback lunch playlist on my ipod
Send Eliza your email address and she will add your name - she just wants to know who is listening (reading?)
Welcome Jolene. I am sure that somehwere down the road we have friends in common!
Nicole it is nice to have some OG blogger son board.
Vixie! I love that you read my blog. And I love thatyou organized our soccer team. And I love that your name is Vixie.
Allison, I am glad that you commented even though you are not a regular. Sabby is one of my very favorite people.
Kacy, I will forever remember the bridal shower gift and have since copied it. And you will always be invited on my blog. Private or not.
b, I am now speaking for Eliza, but I am sure that she would keep you in on the private blog.
Cheryl and Jenni C, thanks for the compliments.
Sue we miss your family, too! And you are still a young, hip mom.
Jen, I am so glad that you are in on the whole whole blogging thing now, too.
I am loving this roll call thing. Thanks for participating!
1. Amy, Jake's wife
2. Family
3. A mixed CD of my fav songs. I change it about every month. Pretty sad.
Katie Creekmur (Eliza's friend)
Through your family's blog. I love to come here and see the pictures of your cute kids.
I have been listening to Carrie Underwood's new cd "Carnival Ride".
Hey Phoebes,
It's your VT Partner..and Kiddie Klassics from Phoebelous herself is rockin in our car! You have set a whole new standard for number of comments...I kind of feel like a loser!
Hi Dear. It's me, yr dad. I got here by invitation. My favorite CD: Foothill Credit Union, 6 months, 5.4%.
!Hola Fabiola!
1.) Soy Kelly (I don't remember my name from Spanish class...do you?)
2.)From you
3.)Soundtrack from PS. I Love You
Hey Phoebe!
I am Lisa from book club 5 years ago (well, my first one was 5 years ago). Then we moved to the same ward you were in, but I think you moved out like 2 weeks before we moved in.
I think I got here through Janelle's blog
I usually just listen to whatever comes up on my ipod, but my most recent purchases on itunes were several songs by Elizabeth Mitchell (I love songs for kids that sound more like songs I would actually listen to in real life), and the Princess Diaries 2 soundtrack (purchased for the Norah Jones version of Love me Tender).
I have thought about going private too, but I don't think my blog is actually interesting enough to have too many people stumble upon it and want to stay. My first post ever some random guy posted a comment, and I freaked out.
Hi Phoebe,
1 - It's Desi from your ward in Davis.
2 - I don't remember how I came across your blog, but I've been a lurker here for a while. I've been meaning to post a comment for a while now so you knew I was here, but then felt bad for lurking so I never did. I love your reading blog because you are so cute and fun and I miss your great personality in our ward.
3 – I think my current favorite CD is the Wicked Soundtrack...loving listening to it with my daughter as she has tons of it memorized and sings it at the top of her lungs :)
Thanks for letting me “listen in”
Desi
Hi Phoebe
1- It's Sabby, a college roommate and long time 90210 fan!
2- I believe you invited me to view your blog and as a result started me on the whole blog thing. I am now addicted.
3- As of late I have been listening to CoCo by Colbie Caillat
That's my dad! I get my wittiness from him. Although Granny Babs is pretty funny, too.
Nancy, it's not a competition.
Kelly, I don't remember your Spanish name either. But I do remember how funny Eric (Aeric, I mean) Flagg was. He is the one who introduced me to Shakira, lo those many years ago.
Lisa, if you do decide to go private, I hope I am invited!
Desi, I am glad to know you enjoy reading the blog. It's no secret that we miss Davis and loved our time there:)
Its your bff Camie
I never comment but I am inspired by you (: I think I knew you in another life (:
I am loving Abba and The Beautiful South seems to be filling a spot in my life at the moment
Your dad totally cracked me up just now- hilarious.
We're Davis friends.
I don't remember how I got here the first time-maybe from your Christmas card?
I've been on a pop/country kick lately so I've been listening to lots of Carrie Underwood and Dixie Chicks.
i am a ph fan. i recall giving you a one month deadline to start your blog. you were stuck on the title. and then your inspiration hit. i haven't been blogging for an eternity. i think the pregnancy doldrums have played a large factor. but i've just got 2 wks and 5 days. counting down, baby!
love ya. fave cd? don't know.
Dang Phoebe! Love this roll call idea, look at all your admirers... Thats gotta feel good :)
1. My name is Tyler.
2. Some lady I live with.
3. Streetlight Manifesto "Somewhere in the Between."
When will DL and I spend that bromantic weekend together? Actually, it doesn't even have to be a weekend. All I want for him to do is invite me to Tommy's the next time you guys are in Monrovia.
I am Naomi and I happened across your blog through Wendy's blog. Ironically, I think I had a class with you back in the day at BYU. Small world.
My favorite album of the moment is by "Great Lake Swimmers".
Hi Phoebe!
We were acquaintances in Davis, as you know.
I think Rachel must have had a link to you way back when.
Favorite cd...hmmm...Austin has been importing all our cds to the computer in the last few weeks so we've been listening to everything we own. I guess my favorite this week is a compilation of indy pop my sister-in-law made me. And Belle and Sebastian. And Ben Folds Five. Anything upbeat I can dance to is good.
I have often thought of doing a roll call on my blog, because I have friends who read regularly but never comment. But I don't think I'd get the response you do. It's a bit overwhelming to realize just who is reading, though...second cousins I've never met, ex-girlfriends of my younger brother, friends of friends...fun, but a little creepy every once in a while. Are you considering going private?
It's Sara from Monrovia High.
I found you through Kelly Shaw's blog and my current fave CD is the newest Michael Buble.
By the way, I love seeing how you and your family are doing. I might just have to start one of these blogs myself.
I'm Stephanie Robertson. I've been visiting Phoebe's blog since she left us in Davis for the rain up north. I am listening to Sondre Lerche--the music from my favorite movie in 2007 "Dan in Real Life." I am going to buy everything from Sondre Lerche now. Love it.
I think I might have a heart attack. Camellia commented! Hopefully it's not a one time thing.
Kristi and Tyler, I promise that the next time we are down we will see you. Last time we were there everyone was puking.
rachel-start blogging again so I can see your new kitchen.
Bluebell, I loved importing all of our CD's. It was so fun to listen to music that I had forgotten about.
Welcome Mona! I wonder what class we had together at BYU? Small world.
Nice to hear from you, Sara. Interesting fact about her. A Britney Spears video was filmed at her house.
Stephanie, I hope that you end up in the Northwest someday!
Hi Phoebe,
Wow! What a response!
I'm Kristina and I knew you in Davis. I hope you remember me! I think I got here originally either through Degenerate Subspace or Darlybird.
CD?? I rediscovered an old Garbage CD the other day. Good times.
I've been wanting to do this roll call thing for awhile now on my blog, since I can't figure out who some of our readers are, but I've been skeptical that I'd get much of a response.
Hi there - I am Robbie's mom. He set me up with google reader and added your family for me. I have met a few members of your family, in person, that is. I think Agnes is the cutest baby ever. So, so, so cute! CD? I think I still have Christmas ones in ... haven't listened to anything in a while. I need to get with it! Thanks for sharing.
Howdy,
1.Your elder cousin.(I'm not saying oldest!)
2. It's B.B.'s fault, now the whole family blogs.
3.I try to keep up with what my oldest is listening to(for several reasons) and now I like MCR's The Black Parade.
My word, that is a lot of comments! I would have written sooner, but we were out of town for the weekend.
1. My name is Amber and I have known Phoebe since 2nd grade, when I thought her name was Bebe for an entire year. ( We were in Miss Weider's class.)
2. You invited me on one of your Christmas Cards.
3. Its hard to pick a favorite, but I think if I had to it might be one of the Grey's Anatomy soundtracks. Lots of fun indy music.
I am Rebecca and live in the bay area. I am a friend of Susannah, Darlybird's sister.
I have been loving Elizabeth Mitchell's childrens album "You are my little bird" (folky) and the Ron Sexsmith song called "Final Glory". It will make you cry.
I'm Corri from Davis.
I found this blog after Andie told me that you had one and I searched on the internet for it.
My current favorite CD is Happy Land: Musical Tributes to Laura Ingalls Wilder.
I always love reading your blog!
Stina-glad to know that you are still reading!
Bek-thanks for the music hints, I'll go and look for them now!
Scott-I love that you listen to Falyn's music. Awesome!
Corri- I defintely want to find that Happy Land album. I too love Little House on the Prarie.
Diane- I agree Agnes is cute:) Our family thinks Robbie is pretty swell, thanks for sharing him with us over the holidays.
Amber- see what you miss when you go out of town for the weekend? When are you going to start blogging? Or have I missed something?
1- Alyson
2- Found your blog from our mutual friend Lollygirl
My name is Erin. You are my blog inspiration as well as close to a million others. Do you have any idea how long it took me to browse through these comments? I got here because you told me about it, I believe. I apologize to be late on the roll call. I have to go to my parents to see the computer. I am listening to jack johnson, brushfire fairy tales.
1-Cory here;
Late in the game, but hey I showed up!
2-Got here b/c you told me bout it. Influenced me to blog for myself!
3-Juno Soundtrack...it's the BEST!
1. I'm Claire, but I was Julie Rivard growing up. I remember you and Harry from Church. I think he had just gotten back from his mission. I seriously doubt you remember me. If you do, it was because I was 17 and ginormously pregnant. The Weirs adopted my baby. You might remember them.
2. I found Hannah's blog because she said something about Butch Michaelis and I was googling Michaelises that day out of either boredom/procrastination. I figured if she knew Duarte Mormons, I must know someone in her family. So I read through it pretty thoroughly and found my way to your mom and the Terrill Connection, then to you. I read the Terrill Connection every day. I know that sounds creepy, but it is nice to see how a good family operates since I never had one of those. Consider it your family's service to those of us who need a good example :)
3. My current favorite CD is probably VNV Nation - Empires. It's kinda old, but I like the whole thing.
1) Jenny aka JennyEsther, JennyBug, JennyDequer and many, many more (thanks Meier sisters for habituating me to nicknames)
2) Today? A Google search inspired by a birthday card from Babs. Sometimes a bookmark; sometimes a link in an email from one of the fam or other Terrill clan members
3) Brian Setzer Orchestra - Wolfgang's Big Night Out (good background music while cooking ;))
