While I checked my email, she did this. While I cleared the table, she did this. While I did the dishes, she did this. While I swept the kitchen, she did this. While I cleaned up the toys, she did this.
Do I just give up until she moves out of the house? Because I am not sure I can keep up at this pace.
Oh my goodness, she s like a baby hurricane. Well, when my sister was at this age, she was like that (and she still is). So me and my mom cleaned up the house when she was tired or sleepy or asleep. That's my advice :)
This is so in my future! Caroline can already roll anywhere she wants, can scoot forward and get up on all fours. At four months! AAAAAh! I'll post photos on my blog. Thanks for reminding me. Much love to Anges the great.
I think I would have given up already, you are so persistent to do all that you do. Yes, give up, give up, GIVE UP. At least she is so dang cute that you can't help love her!
Wow. It's amazing how someone else's constant cleaning can actually make me feel better. I'm not the only one doing this! Oh and BTW I saw your cousin Heather at Women's Conference. She flagged me down in the Wilk. She's Darling! When you coming down to Utah? Ever? Swiss Days? Soon?
Hmm... maybe she's ready for some reverse psychology. :D Do you think she's ready to pick up after you? You could send us over to our house for some training.
Wow! She's a busy little lady. I can't believe how much she's getting around. Eva is crawling now, and just starting to pull up on everything. It's amazing how much I have NOT babyproofed this time around. And, legos and polly pockets are just the right size for her willing mouth. I don't know what to do with myself! You look like you know all about that!
Wait! That's my house! Except mine has way less floor showing... I've given up, due to the Anna Quindlen quote you aforementioned. Now I have "cleaning time" which is only allowed to happen two times a day--naptime and bedtime. Though NO ONE ever stops by right after clean-up time, but my house is now the one people walk into and say, "Your house always makes me feel better about myself." Nice...

I've had a couple of kids like that. It can wear you out.
That is too funny. I had the same problem in my kitchen. Jake installed baby gadgets. She just found other things.
I'm laughing my butt off, but also feeling bad that all your efforts seem to be for naught when Agnes-Destructo is on the loose.

Welcome to my world.

Either give up or sell each and every item in your home on e-bay. Ever read If You Give A Mouse A Cookie?
