Last night we performed a miracle.
That is correct. We actually won our game. The first game that we have won since we started playing in January. I am pretty sure that the other team did not appreciate this fact. I am also fairly certain that they did not appreciate us at all. Oh well, they have another chance to play us in a few weeks. We'll see if it was just luck or if we are actually improving.
It was pretty awesome. But I secretly hope that this doesn't become a trend. It is so much more fun when expectations are LOW.
(FYI this picture is so old that only 3 people in the picture are still actually on the team. I guess it's time to take a new one!)

YAAA HOOO!! I can't believe we did it!! I'm certain that it was our improvements and skill that kept the score in our favor!!!
I can't believe that the one game I missed we won(I won't say if that means anything). Next week everyone can be witness to my skillz.
Congratulations!! Very exciting. I can't wait to come back and play... but then it may be another 11 months without a win...

Eric really missed you Linda. he kept asking about "Whistle Britches".
We also decided that since we are so good now we might need to have tryouts for next season. The only problem with that is that only a handful of people would make it back on the team. And I would not be one in that handful. Hmmm.
