I use ground flax--1 tablespoon flax and 3 tablespoons water and voila! an egg. I really like it and you can't tell the difference, except sometimes things are denser. But of course this won't work for something like scrambled eggs in powder form, so for that, I don't know. Good luck and cute pictures!

I have used them for cookies, brownies and bread. It makes them taste a little different, but not much.

Bake with them?
This question has me intrigued.
Thanks Lani. I am glad to know of a substitute for baking. I am mostly looking for something for food storage.
I use them in my whole wheat waffle recipe.
