I realized this morning that it just doesn't feel like a holiday until the laundry room floods and we have a visit from our favorite plumber. It is a good thing that there are a few things in life that you can count on.
Oh wait- the plumber just told us that he has to cut out the wall and pipe to get to whatever is blocking things. I knew it would get better.

I feel your pain. Our washing machine has been out for 6 weeks. Just got it fixed yesterday. They had to order parts and couldn't get back to install said parts for 2 weeks! We've had a huge back log of laundry that will take me many days to catch up on.
Hope things get better soon.
I am so sorry - and I was lamenting that the toilet overflowed tonight - just before dinner!
