Does your family eat quinoa? I had eaten it at my very favorite restaurant, Andina, but had not ever prepared it myself. Now our family is converted!
Now for some quinoa trivia... it is commonly thought of as a grain, but is actually a relative of leafy green vegetables like spinach and swiss chard.
So go ahead and try this yummy-ness. It's good for you!Quinoa & Bean Stew

I'm a huge fan of quinoa. Love it with just about any vegtable. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Looks like I have all the ingredients to make it.
Thanks for the recipe! I enjoy Quinoa, but the rest of my family aren't such fans. So I try and can cook it "hidden." It is so good for you!
Looks good - it's going to rain and storm this weekend - a perfect time for soup.
