We had Lowes do instalation work for us once. They contract out and I was very pleased with the guy. Especially when he presented me with a bill!!! What a shock! I had PAID for the install at Lowes. He sent the bill to Lowes and I never heard anymore about it.
And when it broke he came back, replaced it and again, Lowes paid for it. (It wasn't an install problem. The door had a defect.) Lowes also paid for the new door.
