Crockpot Wednesday

Back by popular demand...

This week's recipe I got from Albertsons.com and it was quite tasty, although defintely not WW!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

1 pound stew meat
1 can(10.75 oz.) of condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
4 ounces cream cheese

1. In a slow cooker, combine meat, soup, onion, water and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Cook on low setting 6-8 hours or high 4-5.
3. Stir in Cream cheese just before serving.

Serve over egg noodles.

Tasty!

We are trying the chili today - it smelled so good when I came home from errands this afternoon.

We had the chili on Sunday; it was very good! Except I used a mutant onion so it was a little oniony. Next time I'll use a smaller one!
