Boys will be boys

I just uploaded the pictures from the camera and found these form the Father and Sons campout. From all reports, everyone had a great time, it only rained a little bit, and Henry finally got to fly his kite.
I do keep hearing tidbits, however, at church. Apparently Henry was cracking people up with comments such as, "If there are pancakes and waffles, Keep me away! I will eat them all."
I am glad that these boys are already endearing themselves to members of our new ward.

henry endears himself to just about everyone.

and nice tent on the platform - was that at the site, or did David make that?

They had it at a Boy Scout Camp, so the A-Frame was already there. Henry insisted on sleeping in it and not setting up our tent. So much for David spending the night before waterproofing our tent that didn't get used!
And David said the beach was beautiful and very isolated. I have yet to check out the coast up here, maybe in the fall...

That does look like an amazing place to camp. Cool. I have the saying, "Boys will be Boys" up my stairs on top of each frame. It's so true isn't it.
