You guess

The other day, DL and I were having a conversation while driving home from the library.

Me (bewildered):"You don't like it?"
DL (very emphatically): "No! It is the most unnatural feeling in the world!"

Can you guess wht he is talking about? I couldn't stop laughing.

And please, no inappropriate guesses.

when you added the "no inapproiate responses" you really took all the fun out of it.

I echo Amy's response

And I just thought of what it could be about, but I'm not sure I want to share it on the interweb. But it does have to do with something that Jake Kerksiek told me over Thanksgiving break. And it made me view his and Harry's BYU experiences in a different light.

My guess is eating tofu - I feel that way about it!

Some yoga/pilates move or stretch?

Hannah, I am scared to think what Jacob has told you about any experience he and Harry had at BYU.
I am sorry that youall have your minds inthe gutter and want to make inappropriate guesses. Do you think I would post something like that on the World Wide Web?

No to Tofu, although I agree.
No to pilates/Yoga moves.

Keep guessing.
There was a hint in the context of the conversation.

checking your own books out at the library? Our library has a self-checkout now, it's exciting. I don't know why David wouldn't like that though. Hmmmm.... this is hard.

Phoebe-

I believe your conversation is in reference to the fact that David, a man, is driving a minivan.

Zack, youare getting closer...

Denae, I also love the self-checkout, except it always seems to break when I use it and then I STILL have to get in line.

Seat heaters? He feels weird having his buns toasted??

We have seat heaters, of which I am a huge fan. Phil is not so much a fan, so I will go with denae's guess.

It is an unnatural feeling, but I like it during the chilly months.

i think it's referring to getting a massage/facial/wax job.

even though that has nothing to do with your minivan.

I vote for seat heaters. Or heat seaters, as we like to call them.

(I wrote three responses and deleted each--at first willing to violate the no gutter talk, then shrinking back. One had beyonce.)

And the winner is DENAE!
DL does not appreciate a toasty tush. The seat heaters fro me, however, were the selling point of the van in the first place.
Karl, I am defintely interested in what your response was involving Beyonce.

yay! Do I get a prize??

I love toasty buns! (Also a MAJOR selling point with my Accord.)

We have seat heaters in our rental car - a silver Mazda SUV - and in spite of the cold, I'm not real fond of them either - so we turned them off.

we have heat seaters as well - they come in handy on those 60 degree morning commutes to school.

It is a good thing you have those seat heaters Bonny, otherwise your girls might freeze on the way to school!

I personally do not have seat heaters, but having experienced them in the cold weather, I like them to take of the chill and then I'm ready to turn them off.

I agree with DL 100%, lol.

My husband had heated seats in his truck, which I rarely ride in but when I do, I tend to accidentally hit the button that turns that on and all of a sudden it feels like I'm peeing my pants.

It reminds me of when I was in labor with my first child. We were in the car on our way to the hospital, when my water broke. . . that sudden, quickly spreading, warm sensation eeya.
