Crockpot Wednesday

Here is another tasty dish for a taco bar. We made these for DL's graduation party and they are YUMMY!

I apologize in advance to those readers who do not regularly partake of meat. However, I have found that most crockpot recipes involve meat. If you have any others you would like to share, please email me! I would love to try them out.

Mexican Shredded Beef

2 lbs. Stew Meat
2 packages taco seasoning
3 Tablespoons Lime juice
1 large (the biggest) tomato sauce

Mix in crockpot, cook on low 8-10 hours or high 5-6. Shred and serve with taco stuff.

I haven't tried any recipes yet but am looking forward to it. I have crockpot sundays. We have church at 1 and it works great.
